FLUIDS
Water makes up 50 to 70 per cent of an adult’s body. Water is essential for the body’s growth and maintenance, as it’s involved in a number of processes, for example, It helps get rid of waste and regulates temperature, and it provides a medium for biological reactions to occur in the body.
If you don’t consume enough you can become dehydrated, causing symptoms as headaches, tiredness and loss of concentration Water, (just my case!).
Mostly healthy adults need between one and half to three litres a day, you can know if you are drinking enough by the colour of you urine... it’s clear your fluid intake is fine but it’s dark yellow may be you need drink more water. Certainly there is not proven health benefits of bottled water over tap water...Take a bottle in your bag, it’s very helpful!

I am writing this letter for let you know what is happened after two months I live in your property.
It seems be that water leak from corridor of acces and ceiling have stopped... A great news! I hope they won´t come back with the rain... But the sink is still blocked, nothing is working, It´s impossible unblocked it. May be we have a tenant living in the pipe also there is not hot water..
Definitely the wall colour is so heavy and I´m not sure if I´m coming to the kitchen or a rider box.
I can make out when my neighbor walks back and forth... The first few weeks He seemed like a Ghost living in my livingroom.
Although it´s a messy, huge and old building, the flat is confortable with a lovely view of London I really enjoyed a cup of coffe in the sunset. For all this,, (and for the rent) I decided to keep the flat six months more. If you really fix the sink I can stand the wall colours!
Kind Regards
